ERROR MESSAGE...

I CURRENTLY OWN A SONY CDX-F5710. AND EVERYTIME I TRY AND PLAY A CD, I KEEP GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE. I'VE TRIED NUMEROUS CD'S WITH NO LUCK. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
