my car system has on the screen a message in japanese translated in english as " THIS PROGRAME IS UNREADABLE PLEASE INSERT MAP DISC AND PROGRAM CD". Upon request the vendor of the car in japan was kind enough to send DVDs which i had been told are suppose to reboot the system but the damn thing is not responding!!! what could be the problem.? the system has two inserts DVD and CD where do these Roms read from and are they suppose to be inserted at the same time or one after the other?
