Question About Wharfedale Car Stereo System ICS 182

i have a wharfedale ICS 182 CD player, basicly their is power going to the cd player because the red light blinks but when the face is in nothing happens, it dosnt switch on atall, the fuses are fine on the car and cd player, can someone help, thanks.
