Amplifier/sub-out
The car sound system provides connec-
tions that allow you to connect external
amplifiers. You can also connect a sub-
woofer to the device’s integrated low-
pass filter. In order for this to work, the
amplifier and subwoofer must be con-
nected in the manner described in the
installation instructions. We recommend
you use well-matched products from the
Blaupunkt or Velocity product ranges.
Switching the internal amplifier

the “VARIOUS” display item.
Repeatedly press the softkey 5

nal amplifier is switched on.

You can connect up to two external au-
dio sources to the device. Audio sourc-

players, MiniDisc players or MP3 play-
ers.
You can connect the first external au-
dio source (AUX1) instead of a CD
changer.
You can connect the second external
audio source (AUX2) in addition to the
CD changer or AUX1.
In order to be able to use the AUX in-
puts, you must activate them in the set-
up menu.
If you want to connect an external au-
dio source, you will need an adapter
cable. You can obtain this cable from a
Blaupunkt dealer.

Press the softkey 5 assigned to
the “AUX” display item.
The AUX menu is displayed.
