OPERATING
FEATURES
©Frequency or time display
Bright green digits normally show quartz time or fre-
quency when tuning. Tuned frequency is recalled when
R button is depressed.
© Auto-reverse
©10-channel preset memory bank
Five for AM, five for FM stations. For instant recall,
press AM/FM button and then appropriate preset
tuning key.
©Memory entry uses error-proof volume knob-
pull system
Also,
low back-up current provided by lithium battery
keeps memory constantly "alive."
©Auto-tuning (SEEK) mode
Volume knob is depressed for automatic station
search up the frequency band.
©Manual tuning up or down band
Turn knob to right or left. Keep holding to find a
particular frequency.
©ANRC (and tape equalizer)
For automatic broadcast reception control. Same
button also activates 70 microsecond tape equali-
zation (for metal tape) when depressed.
©Local/DX switch
© Fast feed keys
With lock function to eliminate need to keep finger
on key.
