PhoenixGoldwarrantsthisproducttobefreeofdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipforaperiodofone(1)yearsfromtheoriginaldateofpurchase.This
warrantyisnottransferableandappliesonlytotheoriginalpurchaserfromanauthorizedPhoenixGolddealerintheUnitedStatesofAmericaonly.Should
servicebenecessaryunderthiswarrantyforanyreasonduetomanufacturingdefectormalfunction,PhoenixGoldwill(atitsdiscretion),repairorreplace
thedefectiveproductwithneworremanufacturedproductatnocharge.Damagecausedbythefollowingisnotcoveredunderwarranty:accident,misuse,
abuse,productmodicationorneglect,failuretofollowinstallationinstructions,unauthorizedrepairattempts,misrepresentationsbytheseller.Thiswarranty
doesnotcoverincidentalorconsequentialdamagesanddoesnotcoverthecostofremovingorreinstallingtheunit(s).Cosmeticdamageduetoaccidentor
normalwearandtearisnotcoveredunderwarranty.
