MY CM 9521 IS OPERATING PERFECTLY IN MY AUTOMOBILE...

MY CM 9521 IS OPERATING PERFECTLY IN MY AUTOMOBILE. I CANNOT HEAR THE MUSIC COMING THROUGH THE SPEAKERS. THERE IS NO MUTE BUTTON ON THE FACE PLATE. CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT HAS OCCURRED. I CAN SEE THE WAVELENGTHS ON THE FACE PLATE.
