OPERATION
• To switch off slow start press slow start button (2). Deactivating slow start comes
in handy when thick doughs that will not splatter are being mixed.
Speed setting
• There are 6 speed settings available. The speed can be adjusted anytime by pressing
the / buttons (5, 6):
Press button (5): increase speed
Press button (6): decrease speed
• The selected speed setting is shown in the display (3).
