INSTALLATION
NOTES:
SR Subwoofers are heavy:
The SR104/SR104DVC
weighs 24.5 lb. (11.1kg).
The SR124/SR124DVC
weighs 26.5 lb. (12.0kg).
To adequately support the subwoofer
in its enclosure, use 3/4" (19mm) to
1" (25.4mm) MDF for the front baffle.
If you intend to mount your SR Subwoofer
with the magnet facing out, ensure that
the pilot holes are small and that you use
mounting screws with an aggressive thread
that will seat the subwoofer securely in
the baffle.

2 Ohm Wiring
Two 4 Ohm subwoofers wired in parallel will present a 2
Ohm load. Make sure that your amplifier is 2 Ohm stable
when configur
ed in the bridge mode. Consult your amplifi
-
er’s owner’s manual before wiring in this configuration.
NOTE: In order to make it easy to parallel multiple
subwoofers, the two positive ter
minals are
connected together. The same has been done
with the negative ter
minals.
