Defrost
* Suppose you want to defrost 0.5 kg of Chicken Fillets for 4 minutes.

Procedure Pad Order Display
The defrosting time will begin
counting down. The oven will
"beep" 4 times and stop.
COOK indicator will go off and
CHECK will flash on and off.
CHECK will be flashing.
Close the door and press the INSTANT
COOK/START pad.
DEFROST will automatically compute the microwave power by entering appropriate
defrosting time.
