Getting Started
The following illustration shows how to
connect a satellite tuner or set-top box.
It is not necessary to connect all the cords.
Connect audio and video cords according to
the jacks of your components.
Notes
• Before connecting cords, make sure to disconnect
the AC power cord (mains lead).
• When connecting optical digital cords, insert the
plugs straight in until they click into place.
• Do not bend or tie optical digital cords.
Tips
• All the digital audio jacks are compatible with
32 kHz, 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz, and 96 kHz sampling
frequencies.
• The COMPONENT VIDEO COMPO 3 IN jacks
have been assigned to the satellite tuner. If you
connect your satellite tuner to the COMPONENT
VIDEO COMPO 1 or COMPO 2 IN jacks, set
“Input Assign” in the Input menu (page 82).
