Replacement
of
Filter
WARNING: Before proceeding, follow
the
Pressure Relief
Procedure outlined on Page 5. Additionally,
follow all other
warnings
to
reduce the risk of an injection injury, injury
from moving parts or electric shock. Always unplug the
sprayer before servicing!
PUMP FILTER (CLEAN REGULARLY)
1. Unscrew Filter CAP (#11)
2. Remove Filter Element
(#1
0). Clean
or
replace. Element filters
from inside out. Be certain to thoroughly clean on the inside.
3. Clean
or
replace
0-Rings
and Gaskets.
4. Clean inside
of
filter body (#4). Remove bottom drain plug to
flush.
5.Reinstall components and screw on Filter Cap completely
down.
Service/Replacement
of
the
Pressure
Relief
Prime
Valve

from moving parts or electric shock. Always unplug
the
sprayer before servicing!
1. Remove the Dowel Pin (#13) from Bypass Valve Handle
(#12)
2. Revove Handle (#12) and Bypass
Cam
(#14)
3. Using a wrench, loosen Bypass Housing (#19) and unscrew.
4. Unscrew Bypass Retainer (#15)
and
remove Valve Stem
(#17).
5.
Inspect ball on end
of
Stem (#17)
and
0-Ring
(#18). Clean or
replace if
wom.
Check, clean and replace if
wom
all other
components.
6. Reassemble components and screw assembly into manifold
(#2). Tighten securely with wrench.
7.
Install Bypass Cam (#14) over Retainer (#15) lubricate with
grease.

in Dowel Pin (#13)
IMPORTANT: If Handle (#12) rotates 360" check
Dowel Pin installation.
