Press the PTY button within 5 seconds
after selecting the program type to start
searching for a station in the selected
program type.
The chosen program type indicator blinks
during searching process and lights when
a station is found.
If no PTY station is found, "NO PTY" will
be displayed for 5 seconds.

Press the F button to activate the normal
mode. The FUNC indicator will turn off.
Note: Setting should be performed within
5 seconds after the "F" button is
pressed. The unit will automatically
return to the normal mode 5
seconds after pressing the "F"
button.
