REMOTE CONTROL SENSOR
The MM801 incorporates an infrared sensor will relay signals from the remote control
to allow a source connected to the AV1 input to be controlled simply by pointing its
remote control at the remote sensor eye. This provides control of source equipment
such as a Video Cassette Player or DVD Player. The infrared sensor can relay
signals from most manufacturer’s remote controls to its respective component
connected to the AV1 input, such as a DVD player. In this case you must use the
remote control supplied with the DVD player.
