In CD mode,press the button(in VCD
mode, press andhold down the button) to
display the followinginformation:
"DiscType,Track*/*(theplayingtrack/totaltracks), Mute, PBC (VCDonly),
Repeat Mode, ElapsedTimeof the Playing Track
In VCD/CD mode,press the button on theremote control repeatedly to selectan
audio mode inthe following order: MONO L MONOR MIX MONO - STEREO.
In VCD mode,press the button. PBC playback starts andthe menu of the entire
disc appears onthe screen. Then youcan select the desired trackby using number
buttons. To cancelthe PBC function, press the button again.
Note: * PBCplayback is only compatible withdiscs which are version 2.0or above.
In VCD/CD mode,press the button and theprogram menu will be displayed.
Press the numberbuttons to select the tracknumber. Use the direction buttonsto move
the cursor toPLAY andpress tostart programmed playback.
Move the cursorto CLEAR and press to clear the program.To delete the
programmed playback menuand return directly to theprevious mode, use the ■button.

1. During normalplayback, press the button once to determine tothe starting point
of the segmentto be repeated and “ " willappear on the screen.
2. Press again to determine theend point of the segmentto be repeated and
“ ” will displayon the screen.
3. Set pointAto set pointB will be repeated ina loop until you turnoffA-B repeat.
4. Press again to cancel theA-B repeat mode.
Insert a DVDinto the slot. The unit will automatically switchon. If a disc isalready
loaded, press the button on the remote controlto switch to DVD mode.
During playback, pressthe buttonagain to play theprevious chapter. Press the
button to playthe next chapter.
During DVD playback,first press the ■ buttonto stop playback. Press the button to
resume play.Press the ■ button twice to stop playback completely.
Note:
* This function can only beoperated by using the remotecontrol.
During DVD playback,press the button to switch between playand pause.
Press the or button on the remote controlto perform fast rewind orfast forward at
the following speeds:2X, 4X, 8X, 20X, PLAY.
