3.5.8 Storing and Retrieving Parked Calls
A call can be parked so that you or someone else can retrieve it from another phone or video
endpoint in the Cisco CallManager system.
Action Procedure
Park an active call: During a call, press the Park softkey. (You might need to
press the More softkey first). Note the call park number
displayed on the screen and hang up.
Retrieve a parked call: Enter the call park number from any Cisco IP Phone in
your network to connect to the call.
