
Help with connecting to the internet using the BT Home Hub
For example: you can’t browse the internet or send email, and your internet
connection’s very slow.
Press and release the Restart button on the side of your Hub, and then restart
your computer. Restarting xes most connection problems.
If you’re connected to your Hub, help information will appear on your screen or
BT Broadband Desktop Help will launch. Follow any on-screen help.
Upgrading light is ashing orange 25
Power light is red 25
Power light is orange 25
No lights 25
Broadband light is ashing orange 26
Broadband light is red 27
