Grid Block 2 Assembly Removal

1. Remove the left side cover, refer to the “Left Side Cover

Removal” on page 4-3.

2. Remove the HVPS board assembly, refer to the “HVPS Board

Assembly Removal” on page 4-20.

3. loosen the cable clips [A] and loosen the cables from the grid 1

block assembly.

4. Remove the four (4) screws [B] from the grid 2 block assembly.

5. Remove the C-clip from the transfer arm shaft [C].

6. Remove the grid 2 block assembly.

Note: When replacing the grid 2 block assembly, be sure not to

damage or deform the high voltage contacts.
