Before connecting your PC to the LCD monitor, change the display screen
settings (resolution and frequency) in accordance with those below.
Resolution and Frequency
fH: 31 kHz-61 kHz fV: 50 Hz-75 Hz
The following 4 common display modes are preset in the LCD
monitor's memory. If the display mode input to the LCD monitor is
not one of the modes listed below, a part of the image may be
distorted or missing.
Mode Displayed Size
1 640 x 480 (-75 Hz) 1024 x 768
2 720 x 400 (70 Hz) 1024 x 768
{320 x 200 (70 Hz)}
3 800 x 600 (-75 Hz) 1024 x 768
4 1024 x 768 (-75 Hz) 1024 x 768
The maximum resolution of this LCD monitor is 1024 x 768 at a
maximum fV of 75 Hz.
The LCD monitor automatically enlarges lower display modes to the
maximum display modes (1024 x 768).
The display modes, 720 x 400 and 320 x 200, have the same signal
timings. Select the appropriate resolution at VGA Selection to avoid
picture's distortion. See page 28.
At the lower display modes, since the pixel elements are fixed, some
lines of the characters may become fuzzy. Use Smoothing to make
the lines clear. See page 23.
