5.8.1. Lowering the Front Panel (Disc Insertion)

5.8.2. Disc loading in
Before inserting disc, make sure that there is not a disc in the unit. A Disc Icon will be displayed on the LCD
screen when a disc is loaded into the unit. When a disc is inserted, the unit will automatically close the front
panel.

to lower the front panel. If a disc is in the unit, the disc will be ejected.

Ejecting the disc when in DVD and CD mode will cause the unit to automatically return to tuning mode.
Once a disc is inserted, It is normal for the playback of the disc to take a few moments before starting while it is
loading.
5.8.4. Closing the Front Panel
When the front panel is lowered, press [ ] button 1 to close front panel. If the button is not pressed for 20
seconds the front panel will close automatically.
