8. TROUBLESHOOTING
This troubleshooting guide is intended to help resolve some or all of the problems that typically occur. If you are
unable to correct the problem using this Troubleshooting Guide then please contact a professional service
center for service.

No S ound
• If the FF, FR, Search or Single-Frame functions are in use, the
system is muted
• Check if the power line is connected properly to a 12VDC source
• Check if there is a mobile phone muting option that has somehow
been engaged.
• Check that the Audio Mute Button has not been pressed
No P icture
• Check that all cables are connected properly
• Check if the Video Monitor is connected, Powered ON, and the
correct Input is selected.
Disc Does Not Play
• Check if the disc is inserted, and if the disc is inserted correctly
(Label must face up).
• Check if the disc is damaged
• Check if the disc is wet
