5. BASIC OPERATION
5.1. Powering System On
Press the Power ON/OFF( ) button 7 to turn the PAV-8000D System Power ON. Press and hold the ( )
button for 2 Sec. to turn the system Power OFF
NOTE: This button

is also used to MUTE the audio sound.
5.2. Mute Control
When the unit is on, momentarily press the Mute Button ( ) button

? to mute the sound; Press it again, the
unit will exit the MUTE mode.

5.3. Mode Switch
Press the ( MODE) button bq to switch between the different modes if a CD or DVD is loaded. If a CD Changer
(CDC) is used with the system, the MODE button will also be used to switch to CDC mode.
