DSP/Equalizer control features
A DSP is a device which uses digital control to correct the
audio signal and produce sound effects that can compensate
for the small passenger compartment of a vehicle.
Turning the DSP On:
Press the DSP button.
"DSP mode" is displayed and the DSP indicator lights up once
the DSP is turned on.
Turning the DSP Off:
Press the DSP button for at least one second.
DSP (Digital Signal Processor)
There are 2 equalizer modes, "EASY" and "PRO". The "EASY"
mode is selected from the preset equalizer cover, and you can
choose the power of sound quality effect.
Please see the function set system settings about equalizer
mode. (page 25)
Press the EQ button.
"EQ mode EASY" is displayed once the equalizer easy mode is

There are 2 equalizer modes, "EASY" and "PRO". If the "PRO"
mode is selected from the preset equalizer cover, you can also
adjust each setting item.

Each time you press the EQ button, the preset equalizer
switches as follows;
Equalizer Level Adjusting:
Each time you press the FM or AM button, the equalizer
effects switch as follows;
• This adjustment cannot be made when the Preset Equalizer
Selection is set to "Flat".
• The default setting is "Mid".
Press the EQ button for at least one second to end the
equalizer easy mode.
If you make no button operation for 10 seconds, the equalizer
easy mode is automatically canceled.
