The sound type each of which is adjusted with 7 bands
changes every time you press [SQ].
1. FLAT
(default)
2. ROCK
3. POP
Lights when activated.

6. CLUB
Notes:
¡Setting of SQ, bass/treble and volume are influenced
one another. If the influence mentioned above causes
distortion to the audio signal, readjust bass/treble or
volume.
¡Each SQ (except FLAT) level is changeable. (a page
19)
You can make fine adjustments to the currently selected
SQ presetting in ROCK, POP, VOCAL, JAZZ, or CLUB in
accordance with your car type or taste.

Hold down [SQ] (Sound Quality) for 2
sec. or more.
The targeted SQ preset appears.

Adjust each frequency.
Note: If you press [DISP], the presetting is can-
celed. The presetting is active until another SQ pre-
set is called up.

Hold down [}] or [{] for 2 sec. or
more to confirm your adjustment.
Note: You can select a SQ preset to be targeted
with [}] and [{] (and [2]-[6] on the remote con-
trol).

Hold down [}] or [{] for 2 sec. or
more to confirm your adjustment.
The existing adjustment is overwritten with new
adjustment.
Notes:
¡FLAT is not changeable.
¡If no operation takes place for more than 10 sec-
onds, the display returns to the regular mode.
¡This adjustment is executable in the AUDIO menu
as well. (a page 34)
¡If you hold down [BAND] for 2 sec. or more on
the SQ call-up screen, the presetting that is called
up can be turned into the default.
