Turning the unit on
% When using the touch panel keys,
touch the source icon and then touch the
desired source name.
The source names are displayed and select-
able ones are highlighted.
% When using the button, press SRC/OFF
to turn the unit on.
Turning the unit off
% When using the touch panel keys,
touch the source icon and then touch Off.
# When the source iconis not displayed, you
can display it bytouching the screen.
% When using the button, press SRC/OFF
and hold until the unit turns off.
Selecting a source
You can select a source you want to listen to.
To switch to the DVD player, load a disc in the
unit.
% When using the touch panel keys,
touch the source icon and then touch the
desired source name.

! Disc – Built-in DVDplayer
! Radio – Radio
! M-CD – Multi-CD player
! TV – Television
! AV –AV input
! EXT-1 – External unit1
! EXT-2 – External unit2
! AUX-1 – AUX1
! AUX-2 – AUX2
! USB/iPod – USB/iPod
! TEL – Bluetooth telephone
! BTAudio – Bluetoothaudio player
! RearView – Rear viewcamera
! Off – Turn the unit off
# When the source iconis not displayed, you

# While operating themenu, you cannot select
a source by touchingthe source icon.
# To close source select menu, touchESC.

Notes
! In the following cases,the sound source will
not change.
— When nounit corresponding to the se-
lected source is connected.
— When thereis no disc or magazine inthe
player.
— When AUX(auxiliary input) is set tooff
(refer to page 53).
— When theAV (AVinput) is not set to Video
(refer to page 58).
! In the following cases,USB/iPod icon will be
changed.
— USB is displayedwhen USB storage device
is connected.
— iPod is displayedwhen iPod is connected.
— USB/iPod isdisplayed when no device is
connected.
! AUX1 is setto Video by default. Set theAUX1
to Off whennot in use (refer to Switching the
auxiliary setting on page 53).
! Charging the portableaudio player using
car’s DC power source whileconnecting it to
AUX input maygenerate noise. In this case,
stop charging.
