Controlling playback
Follow the instructions to control the playback.
Media Function Action
Return to the disc menu Press MENU.
Displays the top menu Press TOP MENU.
Enable/disable the PBC (playback control) feature Press MENU repeatedly.
• Enable PBC to display the PBC menu, and then
use the numeric buttons to enter your choice.
Select an audio language or audio channel Press AUDIO/PTY/ASPM repeatedly.
Select a subtitle language Press SUBTITLE repeatedly.
Select a camera angle Press ANGLE/PROG repeatedly.
Select a play mode (repeat and random playback)
Press MODE repeatedly.

Repeat a specific section within a chapter or track

REPEAT A-B
to select the start
point.

REPEAT A-B
again to select the
end point.
• The selected section starts playback repeatedly.
• To resume normal playback, press REPEAT A-B
until [A-B CANCEL] is displayed.
Display the playback information Press and hold DISPLAY/CLOCK.
Zoom in or out Press ZOOM repeatedly.

Slow down the playback Press repeatedly to select a playback speed.
Search backward or forward fast Press and hold / to select a speed.
Preview photos Press / to highlight a file name in the file list.
Rotate a photo
