Troubleshooting
Symptom Action
Mouse and/or Keyboard not
responding.
The mouse and/or keyboard need to be reset.
Unplug the cable(s) from the console port(s), then
plug it (them) back in.
All Station IDs display as 01. Station 1 suddenly lost its power. Wait a few
seconds for the system to reinitialize the station
sequence and display the proper IDs.
My OSD looks different from the
OSD screenshot shown on
page 22.

The OSD Operation chapter refers
to the F6 BRC function. My OSD
doesn’t have that function.
The HOTKEY setting described on
page 27 doesn’t appear under my
F3 SET OSD menu.
The SET OPERATING SYSTEM,
SET CAT 5 CABLE LENGTH, and
SET KEYBOARD LANGUAGE
settings described on page 31 don’t
appear under my F4 ADM OSD
menu.
