Image Recall
At most installations, users are able to recall the last copy job and all the settings
associated with it. The recalled image(s) then can be printed without having to rescan
the originals.
Security concerns at certain installations might require that the image recall feature be
disabled. The Image Recall feature allows the system administrator to enable or
disable [Copy from Memory]. The default setting is [Enabled].
Procedure
1 Press the <Log In/Out> button.
The machine will enter the System Administration mode
and display the [System Administration] menu.
2 Select [Image Recall].
The [Image Recall] screen will display.
3 Select the appropriate option:
Disabled
Users cannot reprint copy jobs.
Enabled
Users can recall and reprint copy jobs.
4 Select [Save].
