VEHICLE PREPARATION
1. Read the manual and get familiar with the product requirements and
connections.
2. Install the headrests.
a. Remove vehicle’s original headrests and store in a safe place.
b. Locate the box of tube adapters and nd the tubes that match the
diameter of your factory headrest post. There are six dierent sizes:
12mm, 12.5mm, 12.7mm, 13.8mm, 14mm, and 16mm
The chart lists standard post sizes for dierent vehicle makes. Insert
appropriate support tube adaptors in vehicle post guides. (if needed).

Ford/Lincoln 10 mm, 12 mm and 12.7 mm
Nissan/Inniti 12.7mm
Toyota/Lexus 12 mm and 13.88 mm
Honda/Acura 10 mm and 12.7 mm
Chrysler/Dodge 10 mm, 12 mm, and 12.7 mm
GM/Chevrolet 10 mm, 11 mm, 12 mm and 14 mm
Locate an accessory power source (+12VDC present when the ignition key is in the
accessory and run positions. 0VDC should be present when the ignition key is in the
OFF position). (Refer to the Wiring Diagrams on page 9. Be sure, that all the wiring
is protected from sharp edges and is routed in such a manner that it will not be
pinched, when it is fully installed.
3. Plug the power adapter into the accessory socket.
