Enable E-mail
NOTE If Tools is already up at the Document Center Touch Screen (from
previous page) skip Step 1 and 2.
1. Access the System Administrator set up screens.
a) Press the Access ( or ) button.
b) On the keypad enter 1111 or the current password. Press
the Enter button when finished. The Touch Screen will
be used for the remainder of the data entry, unless
instructed otherwise.
c) Press the Go to Tools button.
2. Enter Connectivity and Network Setup.
a) Wait for the screen to refresh and press the Connectivity
and Network Setup button.
3. Enable E-mail:
a) Select More.
b) Select Configuration Setup.
c) At the Warning Screen Select Close.
d) Select Optional Services.
e) Select Scan to E-mail.
f) Select Enable.
g) Select Save.
h) Select Exit Tools.
