Video CD Operation
H Playback of a video CD with P.B.C. ON
P.B.C. mode will always on when you start playback Video CD disc.
1 The menu list will appear automatically
for the VCD disc that have menu list
and playback will be paused after you
press the 3 (PLAY) button.
I For VCD disc that do not have menu list it will direct playback after
you press 3 (PLAY) button.
2 Select the desired menu number using the Direct Number
buttons. Playback will starts.
Notes:
I To turn off the P.B.C. mode, whilst in the stop mode, press Direct Number
buttons then press ENTER button.
I To return back to the P.B.C. mode, whilst in the playback mode, press
7 (STOP) button twice then press 3 (PLAY) button.
I To interrupt playback, press the 8 (PAUSE) button. To resume playback
from the same point, press the 3 (PLAY) button.
I To stop playback, press the 7 (STOP) button twice.
I To stop the current operation and return to the menu list, press the
RETURN button.
I To scroll the menu list screen (menu list screen with more than 1 page),
press the 5 or 4 button.
I The menu list screen cannot be scrolled on some discs.
I The P.B.C. function will not work in the following conditions:
Repeat/programmed/direct play /search mode or the skip feature is in
operation.
