Bytes Maximum set the maximum number of bytes to be retained on the JMS server
Bytes Threshold High set a number of bytes the will constitute the upper threshold level;
when the number of bytes stored on the server exceeds this threshold
level, a message is triggered
Bytes Threshold Low set a number of bytes the will constitute the lower threshold level;
when the number of bytes stored on the server drops below this
threshold level, a message is triggered
Messages Maximum set the maximum number of messages to be retained by the JMS
server
Messages Threshold High set a number of messages that constitute the upper threshold level;
