Managing Applications
PATROL for BEA WebLogic provides an application class called
BEAWLS_WEBAPP that monitors web applications and selected
servlets from one or more applications.
• From the administration server, you can control whether applications
are automatically deployed and the frequency at which the server
checks for applications to be auto-deployed.
• From the administration server, you can deploy applications to
specific servers.
• From a web application, you can select which servlets will be
monitored.
Tip
Servlets can also be monitored at the method level by using PATROL’s
instrumentation and profiling features, as can EJBs and SQL statements.
