Step 5: Installing PCMCIA driver
m Click “Start”.
m Select “Settings”.
m Click “Control Panel”/”System”/”Device Manager”.
m Select “Other Devices”.
m Remove “PCI CardBus Bridge”, and then click “OK”.
m Open “Control Panel”.
m Select “Add New Hardware”.
m Click “Add PCMCIA socket”.
m Locate the file “pcmcia.inf” from the disk or CD-ROM.
m Select “PCI-1225 CardBus” from “Texas Instruments”.
m Click ‘Next”/”Next”/”Finish”.
m Before restarting the system, copy the file “PCMCIA.inf” to
“C:\windows\inf”, and the file [pci.vxd] [pccard.vxd ] [cbss.vxd] to
[C:\windows\system].
Note: make sure whether the files are copied to drive C successfully.
