VCD PBC - Play Back Control
For VCDs with play back functionality, play back control (PBC) provides
additional controls for VCD playback.
Press the ROOT button (21) on the remote control to toggle the PBC function
“On”/”Off”. Once PBC is on, playback starts from track one of the play list.
NOTE: When PBC is activated, fast forward/reverse, and previous/next
track are available. Repeat is not available.
NOTE: For VCD play, the repeat function is not available if PBC is on.
Playback Information
During DVD and VCD playback, press the INFO button (10) on the remote
control to display playback information on the screen, including the media
playing and current playback time.
MPEG Playback On-Screen Controls
To access the on-screen controls, touch the screen while a MPEG file is
playing. The following on-screen controls appear at the top and bottom of the
screen:
• INFO: View on-screen playback information
• : (x1) Repeat section start point A, (x2) repeat section end point B, (x3)
stop repeat section
• : (x1) Repeat Chapter, (x2) Repeat Title, (x3) Repeat Off
• : Exit DVD mode and view Source menu
• : Fast reverse (x2 x4 x8 x16 Play)
• /||: Play/pause
• : Fast Forward (x2 x4 x8 x16 Play)
•: Stop
