Setting Up Your FHDTV
x Read this user manual carefully before installing your FHDTV.
x The power consumption of your FHDTV is about 124W for model VO370M and about 137W for
model VO420E. Use the included power cord. When an extension cord is required, use one with
the correct power rating. The cord must be grounded and the grounding feature must not be
compromised.
x Your FHDTV should be installed on a flat surface to avoid tipping.
x For proper ventilation, you must allow space between the back of your FHDTV and the wall.
x If you want to mount your FHDTV on the wall, see below for additional information.
x Avoid installing your FHDTV in places with high humidity, dust, or smoke so you do not shorten
the service life of the electronic components.
x Install your FHDTV in a level, landscape orientation, with the VIZIO logo at the bottom to prevent
poor ventilation and excessive component damage.
