The User Interface
Overview
Once you have successfully logged in (see Logging In, page 51), activate the
browser-based OSD. The look of the user interface main page varies slightly,
depending on which method you used to log in (Windows Client or Java
Client). The functions are described fully in the sections that follow.
The Main Page
After you switch to the KH1508i / KH1516i (see page 58), the OSD comes up
with the Main page and Windows Client Control Panel displayed:
The OSD consists of three pages – Main, Configuration, and Administration.
Administration and Configuration are discussed in Chapter 6.
Note: 1. The Administration tab is disabled for users who don't have
administration permission.
2. There is a small Control Panel that appears above the Main page when
you mouse over the top toolbar. This control panel is discussed in
detail on page 86.
