Registering Destination Using an LDAP Server
You can register destination using an LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol)
server.
The following destination is detected: “User Name”, “E-mail Address”, “Fax Number”, •
and “Company”.
To search an LDAP server, it is necessary to register the LDAP server settings •
in “Machine Settings”. For details, refer to “Setting the Directory Database
Environment”. (See page 3-70.)
Log in to OfficeBridge as a user.

This function may also be available on Guest login screen, depending on user policy settings.•
Click [User Information], and then [Address Book].

The “Address Book” list screen is displayed.
You can select whether to register the destination as personal or shared.

Click [Add].

The “Registration” screen is displayed.
Click [LDAP Search].

Select the LDAP server to search from the pull-down menu.
