Record the Machine Serial Number from the label
on the inside lower left cover of the copier/printer,
as illustrated in Figure 46.

If copy quality is a problem, take a copy sample to
the telephone with you to help you describe the
problem or to assist you when answering the
questions from the service operator about the
defects.

If possible, use a phone near the copier/printer to
call the Service Telephone Number. Follow the
instructions provided by the operator.
