Audio Tones
You can change the Audio Tones settings for the
following options:
• Selection Tone
• Conflict Tone
• Control Panel Input Tone
• Machine Ready Tone
• End of Job Tone
• Fault Tone
You can turn the Control Panel Input Tone on or
off. For all other options, you can turn the tone off
or set its volume to soft, normal or loud.

On the Tools screen, touch the Audio Tones
button to display the Audio Tones screen, as
illustrated in Figure 45.

Review the current settings for each tone. To
change a setting, use the up and down arrows to
highlight the desired tone and touch the Change
Settings button to display the detail screen.
