1 Functiondisplay
Shows the function status.
1 Press MULTI-CONTROL to display the
main menu.
FUNCTION, AUDIO and ENTERTAINMENT
appear on the display.
2 Use MULTI-CONTROL to select
FUNCTION.
BSSM appears on the display.
# To return to the channeldisplay, press BAND.
Note
If you do not operatethe function within about 30
seconds, the displayis automatically returned to
the channel display.
Storing and recalling
broadcast stations
You can easily store up to 12 broadcast sta-
tions for later recall.
1 When you find a station that you want
to store in memory press LIST to switch to
the preset channel list mode.
2 Use MULTI-CONTROL to store the se-
lected station in memory.
Turn to change the preset number; press and
hold to store.
The preset number you have selected will
flash and then remain lit. The selected station
has been stored in memory.
# If you do not operatethe list within about 30
seconds, the presetchannel list mode is can-
celed automatically.
Notes
! Up to 24 stations,12 for each of two TVbands,
can be stored inmemory.
! You canalso store stations assigned topreset
tuning numbers 1–6 by pressing andholding
one of thepreset tuning buttons1–6 on the re-
mote control.
Storing the strongest
broadcast stations
sequentially
1 Use MULTI-CONTROL and select
FUNCTION to display BSSM.
2 Press MULTI-CONTROL to turn BSSM
on.
Searching is displayed. While Searching is
displayed, the 12 strongest broadcast stations
will be stored in order from the lowest channel
up. When finished, the preset channel list ap-
pears.
# To cancel the storageprocess, press
MULTI-CONTROL.
3 Use MULTI-CONTROL to select the de-
sired station.
Turn to change the station; press to select.
# You canalso change the station bypushing
MULTI-CONTROL up or down.
