25. Select the delegate who is to be placed in
Seat 2 and click >>. Continue until
delegates are placed in all seats
26. Click “Hide”

28. Click Update and close the Delegate List

29. Select Agenda and fill in an Agenda for
the Conference
30. Select Options and select the default
options for this conference
31. Click Update
Hint: If the conference created is supposed to be the
default for future conferences then click “Save as
Default”
The system is now ready for use, however it
