AOC parameters (Advice of Charge)
This function depends on the features the
SIM card includes.
If AOC is not supported by the card, “Charge
parameters” will appear as a menu item in
its place.
The charge rates are determined by the
network operator.
You can use this menu item to set the charg-
es and a credit balance. As soon as the cred-
it balance has been exhausted, it will not be
possible to use the telephone until the cred-
it balance is replenished by an authorised
person.
Note:
If your network operator does not support
AOC, the time interval will be set to one
minute. The value selected will be used for
making calculations.

• Press / to select “AOC param.” and
press OK.
You will be required to enter the “PIN2 code”
or the “Access code”.
After this, you can enter a charge per unit
and a credit balance.
Use the numbers keys to alter the amount
and the type of currency.
Press CL to quit the menu item.
The alteration will be transferred to the SIM
card.
Note: If the credit balance is set to “0.00”,
the credit balance function is deactivated.
Audible call timer
You can set an audible beep which is emit-
ted after a preset call time has elapsed.

• Press / to select “Audib. timer” and
press OK.
Press / to set the beep to Off or the tim-
er to between 15 ... 300 seconds.
Use the numbers keys to alter the time in-
terval. You can select from 15 to 300 sec-
onds. The cursor will flash on the last char-
acter of the interval selected.
After you have pressed OK, “Audible call
timer” will appear in the display. You can
select the next menu item.
