The alarm will be activated five times when
an incoming call is detected.
To protect the car battery, the set will switch
off automatically after one hour.
This function can be switched on again for
one hour by pressing the on/off button on
the set.
Refer to the installation instructions for in-
formation on connections and accessories.
Important: external alarm!
It is against the law to activate the audible
external alarm in Germany.
Find out what the regulations are regarding
this in your own country.
TA (Traffic Announcement)
during a telephone call
It is possible to have a traffic announcement
(TA) broadcast while you are using the tel-
ephone.
• Press
/ to select “TA/Call” and
press OK.

the display.
• Press
/ to select the desired setting
and press OK.
On – TA is switched on
Off – TA is switched off during a call
If you have selected “On”, you can decide
whether you want the traffic announcement
emitted via the left-hand or right-hand speak-
er (channel).
Quit the menu
Press CL to return to the previous menu. If
necessary,
• press CL as often as required.
