Calling up the display settings menu
̈ Call up the Service menu (୴ Page 76).
̈ Press the Display soft key.
The Display settings menu is displayed.
Changing the display design

̈ By pressing c or d select a design.
̈ Press p.
ț Day mode option:
The display is set constantly to the
Day design.
ț Night mode option:
The display is set constantly to the
Night design.
ț Automatic option:
The display design changes de-
pending on the vehicle lighting con-
ditions.
Brightness setting
̈ Call up the Display settings menu
(
୴ Page 77).
̈ Press the Bright. soft key.
The brightness screen is displayed.
̈ Press or r.
This will set the brightness.
̈ Press the Reset soft key if desired.
This will set the brightness to the cen-
ter setting.
̈ Press the Return soft key.
The new setting is stored.
Linguatronic* help text
If your vehicle is fitted with Linguatronic*,
you can switch the help text on or off from
the Audio 50.
The help text will then appear in the
display of the Audio 50 when you are
operating the system using Linguatronic
(
୴ Linguatronic* operating manual).
