Whenever the SLEEP key is pressed, the SLEEP time will
change as follows.
After a while, the display returns to the indication before
the SLEEP timer is set.
2 The unit will be turned into the standby mode
automatically at the selected SLEEP time.
To cancel the selected SLEEP time
Press once or more so that “SLEEP OFF” appears on the
display. (It will soon disappear and the “SLEEP” indicator will
go off from the display.)
Note
The SLEEP timer setting can also be canceled by turning this
unit into the standby mode with the STANDBY/ON switch on
the front panel (or the STANDBY key on the remote control
transmitter) or disconnecting the power plug of this unit from
the AC outlet.

If you use the SLEEP timer of this unit, you can make this unit turn into the standby mode. When you are going to sleep while
enjoying a broadcast or other desired input source, this timer function is helpful.
Notes
The SLEEP timer can be controlled only with the remote control transmitter.
The components on which the SLEEP timer is effective are the sources connected to the SWITCHED AC OUTLET(S) on the rear
panel of this unit.
To set the SLEEP time
Press once or more to select the desired
SLEEP time.
