CORRECTIVE ACTION
Verify upload preferences specifies RACK
(not the PANEL) as target of the upload.
Verify upload preferences is set to COM port
being used.
Touch the touchpanel to display a screen.
Verify that the panel has power supplied to it,
either battery or power pack.
Verify that NET IDs match. Refer to the
Interface Submenu of "Setup Menu" that
begins on page 7 for details and NET ID
parameters assigned in the program.
