features in the Output Format screen are only available when
using the E-mail feature.
E-mail Recipients
You can compile a list of e-mail recipients using New Recipient...
Adding E-mail Recipients:
1. From the E-mail tab, select New Recipient...
2. Enter the new recipient(s). You can select +Add to add
another recipient.
3. Select Close.
