3. Scan
Scan to Mailbox
You can scan documents on the machine and save the scanned
data to a mailbox on the machine.
KEY POINT: To use this feature, the mailbox must already exist.
See Chapter 4, Computer operations
for instructions for creating a
Mailbox.
NOTE: If a password is set for the specified mailbox, you must
enter the password and select Confirm. If you have forgotten the
password, the System Administrator can reconfigure the mailbox
password in System Administration mode.
1. On the All Services screen, select Scan to Mailbox.
2. If the previous settings are still displayed, press the Clear All
button on the control panel.
3. Specify the mailbox where the scan is to be saved.
