2. Copy the latest firmware version from the Winegard website to your SD card at the top level directory (i.e.
not in a sub directory). File will be named DvdUpdate.rom
3. Insert SD card into CIOtv – then turn power on.
4. After the Boot-up process, you will be prompted from the CIOtv Home Screen that a DVD upgrade object has
been found. Select “Upgrade” or “Cancel”.
5. If “Upgrade” is selected, the DVD ROM will be updated. DO NOT REMOVE SD CARD OR POWER DOWN
DURING THE ENTIRE UPDATE PROCESS.
6. Remove SD card and reboot the CIOtv unit using the power button.
